Instructions For
Paying Us Directly With A Credit Card
(meaning not through PayPal) By Phone, Fax Or U.S. Mail
You can also pay us
with a credit card directly (meaning, not through PayPal). You can call us
at 317-35-NOPEE
so we can take your information via telephone. You can also fax your order to us on
our secure fax line at 317-357-9496
24 hours a day. You can also mail your order to us
at 702 N. Shortridge Road, Indianapolis IN 46219.
To order by fax or
mail, you'll
need to print out and fill in the order form, which you can download as an Adobe
PDF file by clicking here
(if you desire to save the PDF to your hard drive, right click on the
link and
select "Save Target As"). We discourage your sending us an order
form via e-mail due to the less secure nature of e-mail.
If you're paying us
directly with a credit card, we'll need your telephone
number (for us to call you back if required, but also for
FedEx, which requires us to list your phone number when we enter your shipping
info on their secure website), physical shipping address
(no P.O. boxes!) including your zip code and whether it's
residential or commercial, your
credit card number, your
credit card billing address including zip code, your
credit card's security code from the back of your
card (usually
a 3- or 4-digit number) and the exact name as it
appears on the card. If you have an e-mail
address, we'd like to have that, too, so we can correspond with you about your
order, including sending you a tracking number when your order ships. In
case we have a problem processing your credit card, please provide us
the name and telephone number of the bank that issued your
credit card; you can find this info on the back of
your card.

privacy, so we would never spam you or share your contact info with any other
